NFT Integration: Characters, Items and Gacha system

The demand for NFTs has been steadily growing, with use cases ranging from digital art to video games, and finance. For example, in video games, NFTs can create non-duplicable in-game items, enabling gamers to have a form of ownership like never before. In Titan Hunters, we aim to revolutionize the NFTs gaming scene with our own twists towards in-game characterizations.

Pay-to-play or Free-to-play?
We intend to make Titan Hunters free to get into and play regardless of people’s economic background. Meanwhile, other big NFT games require players to spend money on a product they have never played before. For instance, in Axie Infinity, to obtain a team of playable Axies, players have to pay a minimum of $600! Such a large sum of money as an initial investment can discourage many people from even trying in the first place.
In Titan Hunters, we choose a different approach that ultimately values players’ freedom of choice, in the sense that they can pay only when they see value in the in-game items. If it’s worth the perceived value, people can pay $TITA Token to mint the items into NFTs. As such, we designed the gameplay loop to utilize intricate mechanics and different flexible platform currencies while keeping it simple and fun to play for newbies and pros alike.
Unlimited Customizations: characters, items and materials
We firmly believe that comprehensive characterizations and equipment are vital to encourage players to buy and sell items in the economy inside and outside Titan Hunters. In traditional role-playing games (RPGs) such as Diablo, players decide their character creations and equipment based on existing options.
In contrast, Titan Hunters offers players the possibility to unleash their unlimited creativity to customize their characters. Even the popular and critically acclaimed RPGs such as The Witcher series can only carry so much content in one fixed package!

We will also introduce the Gears Set system, allowing players to combine 2–4 gears with a unique bonus to their character. Mixing different equipment to activate a special effect has appeared in many games. For example, in the popular trading card game Yu-gi-oh, completing a set of 5 Exodia cards will automatically win the game for you!
In Titan Hunters, we try not to introduce such game-breaking ability but instead provide bonuses that players can select.
Want to be a high-risk, high-reward player? Be a Dark Assassin.
Want to be a good team supporter? Be Enlightened.
Want to cause mayhem and watch the enemy burn to crisps? Blazing Rampage got you covered.
From the three randomized aspects above, the possibilities are virtually endless! Eventually, we want players to have as much freedom as possible in character creations. Thus, players can adapt and choose the gears according to their needs, either cosmetic value (some people just want to watch their characters on the menu screen for hours) or gameplay value (dominate enemy titans with ridiculously overpowered builds).
NFT economy is crucial to this integration
Back to the debate of NFT implementation within the game, we believe randomization of items will drive the in-game economy and NFTs trading forward. Thanks to $TITA tokens in Titan Hunters, players can buy the rarest NFT items in the marketplace. Of course, players can still use materials obtained in the game, use the gacha system to summon the desired gears, or trade with others in the community to grant you the gears you need.
This way, a strong community can form since NFTs allow items to be brought to other games (non-tangible) or even used in the real world (tangible). All of this may sound overwhelming and hard to grasp in the first place, but our step-by-step guide in the community channels can help you.
Gacha is love, gacha is life!
The gacha system will allow you to summon items using the materials and coins you collected from the game. Six types of materials equivalent to six rarities can be used to summon items. The items summoned by material will have the same rarity with that crystal, so rarer crystals give out rarer items. Alternatively, players can directly use $TITA to buy 3 different kinds of $TITA gacha chests. Thus, you will be able to get items with any rarity with $TITA gacha chests, saving you a lot of time and effort.

How does it all fit into a single economy?
Titan Hunters leverage three currencies: $TITA, $TCOIN, and COIN.
NFTs trading in Titan Hunters will revolve around $TITA, as players can summon NFT items, audit items, convert the in-game currency COIN into $TCOIN, and buy NFT items in the marketplace.

Making the game accessible to everyone has been our aim from the very start. With the implementation of NFTs, we incentivize players who perceive value in the in-game items to participate in the community and engage in the NFT trading marketplace. A big part of this is the simple game design, which focuses on unlimited characterizations based on players’ endless creativity and curiosity.
Our most humble dream is to prove that NFT gaming will prevail and make Titan Hunters a staple in the video game industry. But, above all, the most significant contributor will be the players who support the ecosystem and participate in the ever-expanding community.
